i. How to send coins from your EQX wallet
At Alpha Launch users will not be able to send crypto from their accounts. We are actively working to allow users to send crypto from their EQX Wallet. Once we launch this feature follow the steps below to send coins from your EQX wallet:
Step 1: On the Dashboard select "Move" (button third from the left on the navigation bar).
Step 2: Select "Send Crypto" on the Move screen.
Step 3: On the “Send Crypto" screen, select a coin to send from the list of coins you own or manually search for an owned coin you want to send.
Step 4: On the “Network Page” choose the network you want to send coins on. Only send crypto via the coin’s supported network.
Step 5: Enter the recipient's wallet address either through scanning the QR code directly in the app, pasting the wallet address, or inputting the wallet address in the address field.
Step 6: Input the specific amount of that coin you would like to send or click “Max” to send the total amount of that coin you can send from your wallet.
Step 7: Review the details and submit the transaction.

iii. Understanding Send Transaction Times and Fees
Transaction time refers to the amount of time it takes for a transaction to be processed on a network from the moment you place the order to when the funds are transferred to another wallet. Transaction times vary by coin and network and are dependent on the network congestion, transaction size, and coin type.
The network fee is a fee required by every blockchain network to process and validate transactions. Network fees vary depending on the blockchain network (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum) and the network's current congestion. During busy periods, fees can be higher.
iv. Common Issues Sending Coins and Solutions
Check for Sufficient Balance
Ensure you have enough of the selected cryptocurrency to cover both the amount you want to send and the required network fee. If using the "Max" option, remember that network fees are deducted separately, which may cause the transaction to fail if there aren’t enough funds left for the fee.
Verify the Recipient's Wallet Address
Double-check the wallet address for typos or errors. A single incorrect character can cause the transaction to fail or send funds to the wrong address.
Confirm Network Selection
Only send crypto via the coin’s supported network. Using the wrong network can result in lost funds.
