We will be prioritizing users who have referred others to receive access first. The next tier of prioritization for access will be our most engaged community members. The earlier you sign up, the sooner you’ll be invited.

ii. I signed up a long time ago; why haven’t I been invited yet?
The team will be providing access on a rolling basis, so if you haven’t received access yet just sit tight as the team works through the waitlist. Many factors are considered as we go through waitlist applicants such as: users with referrals, and community engagement.

Once you have downloaded the app and registered your account you will be notified with an email once users have received access to the app.

Yes! You can apply to be part of the EQX Alpha launch by joining our waitlist.

v. How do I increase my chances of being invited to the Alpha or Beta phases?
The best way to improve your chances of getting an invite is by engaging with EQX and being an active part of the community. Here’s what you can do:

vi. If I miss the Alpha invite, will I automatically be considered for Beta?
Yes! If you don’t receive an invite for Alpha, you’ll still be in line for the Beta phase. Being on the waitlist means you’ll stay in consideration as we expand access.
Beta will have more spots available than Alpha, so if you weren’t selected the first time around, there’s a good chance you’ll be invited when Beta launches. Just make sure to stay subscribed to our emails so you don’t miss your invitation!
