i. How to log in with email and passkey:
Step 1: Open the EQX app.
Step 2: Input your email address on the EQX Sign In Page and select “Sign in”.
Step 3: Users will then be prompted to use their FaceID to use their passkey and sign into their EQX account.
ii. How to log in with social and passkey:
Step 1: Open the EQX app.
Step 2: Depending on what social account was used to create the EQX account select either “Continue with Google” or "Continue with Apple”.
Step 3: Users will then be prompted to use their FaceID to use their passkey to log in their EQX account.
iii. Common login issues and solution:
Unable to login using email and passkey
Ensure the email you are using to login matches the email used to create your EQX account. If the email is correct and you are still not able to login please contact the support team at [email protected].
Unable to login using social and passkey
Ensure the social account you are using to login is still active and matches the social used to create your EQX account. If the social account is correct and active but you are still not able to login please contact the support team at [email protected].
iv. How to log in with your password:
Step 1: Open the app and enter your email address on the Sign In Page and click “Sign In” to be taken to the Password Page.
Step 2: On the Password Page enter the password for your EQX account.
Step 3: Click “Sign In” to sign into your account.
v. How to reset your password:
Step 1: Open the app and enter your email address on the Sign In Page and click “Sign In” to be taken to the Password Page.
Step 2: To reset your password click on “forgot password” on the Password Page. From there you will be prompted to input your one time passcode that we will send to your registered email.
Step 3: Go to your email inbox to copy your one time password. If you do not see it in your inbox check your spam folder.
Step 4: Return to the app and paste your passcode.
Step 5: Input a new password that follows the password guidelines and tap “Continue”.
Step 6: Users will see a screen confirming their password is changed. Click “Sign in” to return to the Login Page and sign in with your new password.
vi. What can I expect if I am logging in from an unknown device?
If you are logging in from an unknown device you will land on the Sign In Page and be required to log into your account.
