Creating an account

Step 1: Download and open the EQX app on your mobile device.

Step 2: On the EQX Welcome Page select “Sign up”.

Step 3: On the country page select your country of residence. If Crypto trading is not available in your current location, sign up to be notified when we launch in your region.

Step 4: On the Sign up Page input your email address and referral code if you have been referred and click “Sign Up”.

Step 5: Once your email address has been submitted, click “Enable Passkey” to unlock your account moving via passkey for future logins.

Step 4: On the Sign up Page users can choose to create an EQX account using their Google or Apple account by clicking “Sign up with Google” or “Sign up with Apple”.

Step 5: Once your social account has been selected, click “Enable Passkey” to unlock your account moving via passkey for future logins.

Duplicate email

Ensure the email address you are creating an account with is not already in use or else you will be unable to create an account using that email address.

Google or Apple sign-up is not working

Ensure your Google/Apple account is active and that permissions are granted to be able to create an EQX account.
